If the display keeps cycling through 1-9 and the modes, the optical board likely has a stuck button or a failing board. Try a hard reset first: disconnect 12V for a minute, then reconnect. Also reseat the ribbon cable. If it continues, the optical board is the likely cause. The Optical Display Board 628974 fits the N621/N821, but it has been discontinued by Norcold, so check the product page for any remaining stock. The N621 is discontinued, and Norcold's replacement is the Norcold N7X. See our Norcold replacement guide.
