We don't recognize part 690771-0100. The 628661 you asked on is for absorption fridges, not the N8DC. For the N8DC, the common repair parts are the Control Module 640178 (on the compressor) and the Optical Board 641592, and both are in stock. Since it's a 2022 Airstream, it should still be under warranty, so Norcold should be supporting your dealer on this.
