If it cools perfectly on gas but the fridge section only reaches 65° on electric, the AC heat isn't getting to the boiler well enough. The AC element may be weak, partially failed or not fully seated in its pocket, or the AC voltage may be low. With the power off, check the element's resistance, and make sure it's pushed all the way into the boiler pocket with the insulation packed back around it.
