Unfortunately, that won't work. The N8DC is a completely different system (a 12V compressor with its own evaporator and controls), and it can't be installed in an N621 absorption cabinet. If you want DC-only, the way to go is a complete DC fridge. Norcold's current DC models include the N2175 (6.2 cu ft) and the N8DC (8 cu ft). Compare their cutouts with your N621 opening, since the N8DC is larger. See our Norcold replacement guide.
