If it works on AC but not on DC, the DC side is the problem. First confirm a solid 12V+ at the fridge while it tries to run, and check the DC fuse and connections. On the newer DE0061/DE0041, the Power Module 638396/640291 handles both, and it has been discontinued by Norcold. The DE0061 is discontinued too, and Norcold's replacement is the Norcold N2175.
