On the N410/N412/N510/N512, the display cover is held by small screws along the edges of the control panel trim, and sometimes behind the top trim strip. Remove those, then gently pull the cover forward. Take a photo of the ribbon cable before unplugging it. The Optical Display Board 628663 has a 2-3 week lead time. The N4XX/N5XX is discontinued, and the closest current Norcold propane model is the Norcold N4150. See our Norcold replacement guide.
