That usually means the door isn't closing far enough, or the strike plate has shifted, so the lock slot isn't lining up. Check the hinge alignment and door gasket. You may be able to slightly adjust the strike plate position. The Strike Plate 628473 for the 1210 has been discontinued by Norcold, so it's only available while our remaining stock lasts. The 1210 is discontinued too, and Norcold's replacement is the Norcold N15DCSS. See our Norcold replacement guide.
