Thanks for the detail. When it lights fine on a manual restart but won't relight on its own during the duty cycle, the board's automatic relight isn't working, or it isn't getting a clean spark at the right moment. With the pressure and burner already checked, look at the spark/sense electrode: check its gap, check for cracks in the ceramic, and check its wire and ground. Then look at the board. On the N641, the in-stock options are the 628661 and the Dinosaur 6212XX. The Spark/Sense Electrode 61692222 is in stock too. See our no FL code article.
