Good troubleshooting. If both heat sources work (good flame, heating element on), the fan runs and there are no codes, but it still won't cool, the cooling unit has most likely failed. It can fail from a blockage without visible yellow residue. Try leveling the fridge and running it 24 hours. If it still doesn't cool, the cooling unit needs replacing.
