The Burner Orifice Assembly 629013 is the listed burner for the 1200. Norcold changed designs over the years, so I can't confirm it matches your three-hole version. It has also been discontinued by Norcold. See our 1200/1210 burners page. The 1200 is discontinued, and Norcold's replacement is the Norcold N15DCSS. See our Norcold replacement guide.
