It's probably not the thermistor. If the freezer only reaches 37 degrees after 2 days, the fridge isn't producing much cold at all. Check that it's level, that the heat source works (the boiler area gets hot on AC and propane), and that the vents aren't blocked. If the heat is there and it still won't cool, the cooling unit has likely failed. See our not cooling guide. Send us your model number and we'll point you to the right parts or replacement.
