If it shuts off after about 3 seconds on both electric and gas, and a new front board didn't help, check the 12V supply first. Low voltage or a poor connection can cause exactly this. Then check the thermal fuse/limit circuit for continuity, and look at the power board. For the N611V, the in-stock boards are the Power Board Kit 621991001 (older serial numbers) and the 628661 (serial above 9056491). See our won't turn on checklist.
