An "n" code on the N621 means the board didn't see the cooling it expected (the "no CO" safety), and that usually points to the cooling unit, not the optical board. See our "no CO" / n code article. The 628979 you asked on is for the N611/N811. For the N621, the optical board is the 628974. Both have been discontinued by Norcold. The N621 is discontinued too, and Norcold's replacement is the Norcold N7X. See our Norcold replacement guide.
