If the flue gets hot on both AC and gas but the fridge stays warm, the heat is working, and a board won't fix it. That points to a failed cooling unit, even without visible yellow residue. Make sure it's level and give it 24 hours. If it still doesn't cool, the cooling unit needs replacing. See our not cooling guide. The Board Kit 637779 has been discontinued by Norcold.
