If the freezer freezes but the fridge section stays warm on the 1210, and a new thermistor didn't help, check that it's level while running and that there's airflow behind the fridge (a cooling fan helps a lot). The cooling unit may also be getting weak. See our freezer cold but fridge warm guide. If the cooling unit is bad, we carry the Nordic Cooling Unit 6610. The 1210 is discontinued, and Norcold's replacement is the Norcold N15DCSS. See our Norcold replacement guide.
