A flashing temperature setting on the N10LX means it's running in backup mode because it can't read the thermistor. If the thermistor tests good, the problem is usually the connection between the thermistor and the optical board: the plug, the wiring, or a pinched wire where it passes through the liner. If the wiring is good too, the Optical Display Board 639551 is the next suspect, and it's in stock. See our N7/N8/N10 help article.
