Heavy condensation and ice at the back usually mean warm, moist air is getting in, most often through a door seal that isn't sealing. Do the dollar bill test around each door, and check that the doors close fully and the hinges aren't sagging. Keep the drain tube at the back clear. Also avoid leaving uncovered liquids or hot food inside. Norcold doesn't sell separate gaskets for most absorption models. See this article on door seals and condensation article.
