If the back heats up as it should but the inside warms up, the cooling unit isn't working. It has most likely failed, even if there's no visible yellow residue. Make sure the fridge is level and give it 24 hours. If it still won't cool, the cooling unit needs replacing. For the N621, we carry the Nordic Cooling Unit 3361A. See our not cooling guide.
