With no lights or display at all, start with power. Check that 12V DC (and 120V if you're on shore power) reaches the fridge, check the fuses and breakers, and check the connections behind the fridge. These compressor fridges are usually held in by screws through the front mounting flange or trim into the cabinet. Remove those and slide it out. The DE0788 has been discontinued by Norcold, and the replacement is the Norcold N2175. See our won't turn on help article and Norcold replacement guide.
