If the flame burns blue and steady but the igniter keeps sparking until it shuts down, the board isn't sensing the flame. Since you've replaced the spark/sense electrode, check its position: the tip needs to sit in the flame with the correct gap. Also check its wire connection at the board and the burner ground. If all of that is good, the board's flame-sense circuit has likely failed. For the N611, the board is the 621991001 (older serial numbers) or the 628661 (serial above 9056491). Both are in stock.
