For the 1210, the High Temp Switch 637360 is the high temp switch we list for the 1210. I can't confirm it's a direct match for your 634677 Rev E. It has a 2-3 week lead time. Keep in mind that this switch trips when the boiler overheats, which often means the cooling unit is failing. See our LI OP article.
