A 5 amp fuse that blows after hours of running, in both gas and electric, usually points to something that heats up and shorts. That's often the cooling unit fans, the fan wiring, or the board itself. The AC element can also affect the circuit. Check the fans and their wiring for chafing, and check for burned spots on the board. At only a year old, the fridge should be under warranty, so go through your RV dealer first. The 628661 you asked on doesn't fit the 2118. The 2118 board is the 637082, and it's in stock.
