If the green light is on but nothing cools, check whether the boiler area at the back gets hot on AC and on propane. If it doesn't get hot, the heat source is the problem: on AC, check the element and board fuse, and on gas, check the burner and spark. If it gets hot and still doesn't cool, the cooling unit has likely failed. Look for yellow residue or an ammonia smell. See our not cooling guide.
