On the N8DC/N10DC, first measure the 12V at the control module (on the compressor) while the fridge is calling for cooling. Low voltage under load is the most common problem. Then look at the module's LED: most modules flash an error count that tells you whether it's low voltage, a fan fault, or a stalled compressor. If you have good voltage, the thermistor is good, and the module isn't starting the compressor, the Control Module 640178 is the likely cause, and it's in stock. See our error codes page.
