Unfortunately that plastic at the bottom is part of the door itself, so once it breaks away from the hinge the fix is a new lower door. For a smooth-interior N821 that's the lower door 623942/638833.
I'd also add the reinforced hinge kit 634166 so the new door doesn't break the same way. Both parts are discontinued by Norcold, so we're down to limited stock.
