Good call not forcing it. Here's how I'd do it:
1. Turn the fridge off, prop the doors open and let everything thaw completely. Ice around the tray and drain is usually what makes it feel stuck. 2. Take out the shelves and bins so you can see the tray under the cooling fins. 3. Remove the screws or clips holding it, then ease it forward. Once the ice is gone it should come out without much effort. 4. Flush the drain tube with warm water and clear it with a pipe cleaner or zip tie from the outside access panel. Make sure it runs into the exterior drip tray.
If the tray cracks, the interior drip tray 623250 fits the N6, N8, N1095, 900 and 9000 models. It's discontinued, so we only have limited stock.
