If your N811LT is leaking, the cooling unit needs to be replaced. The Nordic 3398 has been replaced by the Nordic 3381A cooling unit, which fits the N811, N821, N841, 982 and 9182 and is in stock.
If you'd rather replace the whole fridge, the Norcold N8X is the current replacement for the N8 series.
