The N3150 is discontinued, and the Norcold N4150 is its replacement. Both are 5.3 cu ft 3-way (AC, DC, LP) fridges, and the N4150 was designed to fit the same cabinet opening. I'd still check your cutout against the N4150 spec sheet before ordering, just to be safe.
