The N6 and N8 absorption fridges with the 628661 board don't run an automatic defrost cycle. You defrost them by hand when the frost gets about 1/4" thick.
When frost builds up heavy on one side, it's usually warm, humid air getting in. Check the door gasket on that side (the dollar bill test works well), make sure the door isn't sagging, and keep the drain tube clear.
