That plastic pivot hole is part of the door, so the fix is a new door. For the N822 with a smooth interior, the lower door 623942/638833 is the one. Add the reinforced hinge kit 634166 so it doesn't happen again. Both are discontinued, so we're down to limited stock. The 618798 hinge you were looking at is for 1200 models.
