If the fridge is powered but the fan won't run, check these in order:
1. Is the compressor running? The fan normally runs along with it. 2. Check the fan's wiring connection at the control module and look for a loose or corroded plug. 3. Put a meter on the fan leads while it's calling for cooling. If you have 12V there and the fan doesn't spin, the fan is bad. If there's no voltage, the control module 640178 is the usual suspect.
