The difference is the power options. The N306 is 2-way (AC and LP), and the N306.3 is 3-way (AC, DC and LP). Norcold has discontinued both. The Norcold N4150 is the closest direct replacement, but it's larger. For the closest size, look at the Norcold DC105. More in our replacement guide.
