Here's how I'd get that lower door off the N621:
1. Open the lower door and remove the screws on the center hinge between the two doors. That hinge holds the top of the lower door and the bottom of the upper door, so support the upper door while you do this. 2. Tilt the top of the lower door out and lift it up off the bottom hinge pin. If the bottom hinge is already broken out, it should come right off. 3. To swap the panels, pop off the side trim retainer on the new door and slide the panels out and in.
Reinstall in reverse. If your old door had a waffle interior, the waffle-to-smooth door kit has the hinges you'll need for a new smooth door.
