With serial 1091329, your 1201 uses the older-style 1200 boards. When it skips AC and goes straight to LP, the power board usually isn't seeing or passing AC, so I'd start there. The 621271001 (serials 832171 to 8981138) and the Dinosaur 6212XX are both in stock.
If the optical board turns out to be the problem, Norcold's replacement for that serial range has been discontinued and is out of stock across the industry. At that point, the Norcold N15DCSS is the replacement, with the same box dimensions. More in our replacement guide.
