We have a norcold N811VF and the plug to the optical board is small. Can I see a photo of this photo actual board?

We’ve order this part twice and both times the part has been wrong. I have photos of the part broken to compare.

Sorry you've had that trouble. Norcold has discontinued the 636105/637776 and the 636388 boards for the N611V/N811V, so we can't get more of either. Email us your photos and we'll compare them for you.

If the board can't be matched, the Norcold N8X is the replacement for the N811.
