Four blinks usually means a control board fault, and since a power cycle clears it, the board is the most likely suspect. Before swapping it, check that your 12V supply at the fridge is solid (low or dropping voltage can trigger faults) and that all the connectors on the board are clean and tight. With a serial that new, the 628661 power board or the Dinosaur 6212XX is the board to use.
