On the N821, Norcold doesn't sell the freezer gasket separately. It comes with the door. Warming a flattened gasket with a hair dryer and gently reshaping it often brings it back. If it's torn, a smooth-interior N821 takes the upper door 623945/638837, which is discontinued.
