If it lights right away but keeps trying to light, the board isn't sensing the flame. That's the spark sense electrode's job. Pull the outside access panel and check that the electrode tip is clean and sitting in the flame, and that its wire and ground connection are good. On most N6/N8/1200 models, the 61692222 spark sense electrode is the fix, and it's in stock.
