If the heat source is working on both AC and gas and you've already replaced the thermistor, but it still won't cool, the cooling unit has most likely failed. Check for a yellow residue or an ammonia smell around the back of the unit, which confirms it. For the N811, the Nordic 3381A cooling unit is in stock. If you'd rather replace the whole fridge, the Norcold N8X is the current replacement.
