If the flame lights on gas and the heater gets hot on electric but the fridge still won't cool, the cooling unit is usually the problem. First, make sure the RV is level and the back vents aren't blocked. Then, after it's run for a few hours, feel the condenser fins at the top back of the fridge. If they aren't warm, the unit isn't circulating.
For the N611, the Nordic 3361A cooling unit is in stock. If you'd rather replace the fridge, the Norcold N7X is the current replacement.
