I can't pin down what code 6 means on the N4150 from here. Since it runs fine on propane and shore power, the problem is on the DC side. Check the DC fuse at the fridge and the fuse or breaker on the charge line from the vehicle. With the engine running, measure the 12V at the fridge's DC heater terminals. The DC heating element itself can also fail on its own.
