That tells me the board isn't sensing the flame. It opens the valve, the burner lights, and when it doesn't see flame within about 10 seconds, it shuts the valve. Check that the electrode tip is clean and sitting in the flame and that the electrode's wire and ground are solid. On the N410, N510, N621 and N821, the 61692222 spark sense electrode is the usual fix, and it's in stock.
