Most folks call it the door gasket or door seal. On the 1210, Norcold doesn't sell it separately, and the doors themselves are discontinued. If the seals are flattened, warming them with a hair dryer and reshaping them can help. When it's time to replace the fridge, the Norcold N15DCSS has the same box dimensions.
