If it goes out the moment you let go of the button, the thermocouple is the most likely culprit. It isn't holding the safety valve open. After lighting, keep holding the button for 30 to 45 seconds. If it still drops out, replace the thermocouple first, since it's the cheaper part. The 625688-07 gas valve for the N145 is discontinued. If you ever replace the fridge, the N145 has no direct replacement, and the closest current model is the Norcold DC740.
