AC HE means the board isn't seeing the AC heaters draw power when it turns them on. Before you replace the board, check:
1. The heater elements. Each should read about 40 to 45 ohms. Open or shorted means it's bad. 2. The wires and connectors between the board and the heaters. Look for burned or loose terminals. 3. The high temp limit switch 637360. If it's tripped or open, the heaters can't get power.
If all of those check out, then the 637082 power board (in stock) is the fix.
