The 208V likely did more damage than the fuse. "H" on AC usually points to the AC heater circuit. Check the AC heater element's resistance, since overvoltage can burn one out. Also check the board's heater relay. For the N621, it's the 621702 heater if the cooling unit serial is below 11231023, or the 638374 if above. If the heater is good, the 628661 power board is in stock.
