First, try cleaning it. A mild bleach-and-water or vinegar solution usually gets mold off the gasket, and propping the door open during storage keeps it from coming back. If the gasket is stained through or damaged, the fix is a new door, since Norcold doesn't sell the seal separately. The upper door 623945/638837 is a full door with the gasket, for smooth-interior N611 doors. It's discontinued, so stock is limited.
