Let's narrow it down. First, check that the RV is level and that you have 12V at the fridge, since the controls need it on every mode. On propane, pull the outside access panel and watch while it tries to light. No spark points to the electrode or board. Spark but no flame points to gas supply or a dirty orifice. Also check whether it cools on 120V. If it heats on electric but still won't cool, the cooling unit is likely bad. Send us your model number and what you find, or check out our tech service.
