With serial 881019, your N821 takes the 637779 board kit, which comes with the power and optical boards matched for serials below 9126825. That said, when the freezer gets cold but the fridge section stays warm, that's the classic sign of a cooling unit that's getting weak, not a board problem. The freezer plate gets cooled first, and a tired unit can't push enough cold down to the fridge fins. Before you replace anything, make sure the RV is level, the back vents are clear, and the fins aren't iced over. For the N821, the Nordic 3381A cooling unit is in stock. The kit is discontinued with limited stock.
