That's probably not the power board. If the freezer gets to 10°F but the fridge section climbs to 50°F on both electric and gas, the board is doing its job of running the heat. When the freezer gets cold but the fridge section stays warm, that's the classic sign of a cooling unit that's getting weak, not a board problem. The freezer plate gets cooled first, and a tired unit can't push enough cold down to the fridge fins. Before you replace anything, make sure the RV is level, the back vents are clear, and the fins aren't iced over.
